Authors are requested to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before submitting their manuscripts to Contusm Publications journals. By submitting a manuscript, it is understood that the authors have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
Understandings
- Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable and must be paid by the authors after acceptance of the manuscript for publication.
- Waiver requests or fee exemptions will not be entertained after submission of the manuscript.
- Any fee discounts, reimbursements, or refunds are provided solely at the discretion of the publisher.
- Charges for optional services offered by the publisher are not eligible for discounts or waivers.
- All submitted manuscripts, except editorials, are subject to peer review and editorial evaluation.
- Contusm Publications is not responsible for returning submitted materials such as disks, hard copies, photographs, or illustrations.
- Upon acceptance, authors may reuse or reproduce their work under specific conditions, but only with prior permission and acknowledgment from Contusm Publications.
- Withdrawal requests made before the review process begins will be honored without charge. However, once the review process has started, a withdrawal fee equivalent to the processing cost will be applicable.
- Since the publication process involves administrative and editorial costs, Article Processing Charges once paid are non-refundable.

Author Responsibilities
- Manuscripts must comply with the Author Guidelines and all journal-specific formatting and ethical requirements.
- All co-authors (if any) must have provided full consent and authorization for submission.
- Manuscripts previously published elsewhere will not be considered for publication.
- For any article containing patient photographs or identifiable information, written informed consent from the patients is mandatory.
- Authors must ensure that the manuscript is original, non-plagiarized, and does not contain false, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Authors are expected to maintain confidentiality and must not share any unpublished material with unauthorized individuals.
