Submission Process

We accept submissions via email. Follow these steps to submit your manuscript:

  3. Email Submission: Attach all files, including the cover letter, to an email. Use the subject line "Manuscript Submission: [Your Manuscript Title]".

Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth submission process, please prepare your manuscript according to the following guidelines:

  • Title Page: Include the title, author names, affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: Provide a concise abstract (maximum 250 words).
  • Keywords: Include 3-6 keywords.
  • Introduction: Briefly introduce the case.
  • Case Presentation: Describe the patient's history, clinical findings, diagnostic methods, treatment, and outcomes.
  • Discussion: Discuss the case in the context of existing literature.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main points and clinical relevance of the case.
  • References: List all references in AMA style.
  • Figures and Tables: Include relevant figures and tables with appropriate legends and captions.

Formatting Requirements

  • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, size 12).
  • Double-space the text.
  • Number all pages sequentially, starting from the title page.
  • Ensure that figures and tables are cited in the text in the order they appear.

Ethical Considerations

  • Obtain and document patient consent for the publication of their clinical details and images.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with ethical standards of relevant institutional and national research committees.
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Peer Review Process

After submission, your manuscript will undergo the following review process:

  • Initial Screening: The editorial team will review the manuscript for scope and basic quality.
  • Peer Review: Suitable manuscripts will be sent for double-blind peer review by experts in the field.
  • Editorial Decision: Based on reviewers' feedback, the editor will make a decision: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
