Roles and Responsibilities

Review and assess submitted manuscripts for quality, relevance, and originality.
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to authors for manuscript improvement.
Participate in editorial meetings and discussions to make editorial decisions.
Ensure adherence to ethical and publication guidelines.
Contribute to the journal's growth by identifying potential authors and promoting the journal.

Eligibility Criteria

A Ph.D. in a relevant field (or equivalent) is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise and research experience in the subject area covered by the journal.
Previous experience in peer review or editorial roles is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of research integrity and ethical conduct.
