To cover the costs of publishing, including peer review, editing, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, WJCR applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for each accepted article.

APC Structure

Standard APC: 1040 USD per accepted article
Special Issue APC: 1040 USD per accepted article in special issues

Payment Process

Withdrawal Policy

If you wish to withdraw your manuscript after submission, you must notify the editorial office as soon as possible at [contact email]. The following conditions apply:

Before Peer Review: If the manuscript is withdrawn before the peer review process has begun, no APC will be charged.
During Peer Review: If the manuscript is withdrawn during the peer review process, a handling fee of $100 will be charged to cover the administrative costs incurred.
After Acceptance: If the manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, the full APC will be charged due to the editorial and production work already completed.

Refund Policy

As the APC covers the administrative and editorial work done from submission to acceptance, it is generally non-refundable. However, in cases where an error on our part prevents publication, a full or partial refund may be considered.
